Every Flow lamp is 3D printed and hand-assembled in our London studio. Because each piece is handmade, you may notice small variations in texture, colour or finish between units — this is a natural part of the process, not a fault. Product photos are as accurate as we can make them, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm and process it. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or a listing price is clearly wrong), in which case we'll notify you and refund any payment taken in full. All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is taken securely at checkout via Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details — see our Privacy Policy for more on how payment data is handled.
We offer free shipping on every order, dispatched from our London studio. We aim to dispatch orders promptly and will let you know if there's likely to be a delay. Delivery timeframes given at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
As a UK consumer buying online, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, email [email protected] within that window. You'll then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us. We refund the order value (including standard delivery cost) once we've received the item back in its original condition, minus any diminished value caused by handling beyond what's needed to check it works. On top of your legal right, we also offer a straightforward 14-day returns policy — get in touch and we'll talk you through it.
All our lamps are UKCA & CE marked and safety-tested. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, or develops a fault, contact [email protected] as soon as possible with photos where you can — we'll sort a repair, replacement or refund. This is in addition to, and doesn't affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
The Flow lamp designs, our product photography, text and branding on this site belong to Volumetric Works (or are used with permission) and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without our written consent.
We're liable for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or acting negligently, but not for losses that aren't foreseeable, or for indirect or business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
